OLYMPIC VIEW / ARBUTUS RIDGE
Book a tee time through the online reservation at http://www.golfbc.com Example:
- If there were two CFBEGA members and two guests the following process would take place.
- Maximum Available for OV and AR are pre-setup each day with a set number of players for CFBEGA members (12 OV /8 AR) system will only offer a time slot for the member promo code if maximum number of players has not been exceeded / if no time slot provided for 1 member then daily pass limit has been reached.
- CFBEGA members would log on to the OV or AR web site and go to Book a Tee Time. Enter promo code CFBMEMBER for Olympic View and Arbutus Ridge.
- Find desired time add to cart and complete reservation.
- To book guests the CFBEGA Member would then go to Book a Tee Time and enter CFBGUEST for Olympic View and Arbutus Ridge promo code. Select the same tee time, add to cart and complete reservation. The CFBEGA Member will have to enter required information only once and hold the reservation with a credit card. The system prompts to save the information for next time.
When CFBEGA members arrive at the golf course pro-shop, they will be asked for payment. All you have to do is provide your CFBEGA identification to get the CFBEGA Member rate.

BEAR MOUNTAIN
Booking will be done online. You will need to go to the Bear Mountain website, this link will take you directly to the tee time page, next you login and enter the promo code CFBMember or CFBGuest, then search for the a tee time available and reserve your tee time. https://bearmountain/golf/book-online If you access the Bear Mountain web site from another site you will have to go to the Golf Rates & Tee Times page, scroll down to In The Military? box and click and carry on with login, conduct a tee time search and make your reserve. Payment will be accepted in the Pro shop.
