CPAC PSP hours of operation are listed here  *UPDATED*

Registration for 21/22 is now closed while we prepare for the next season.

Registration for 22/23 will start on March 1st for Regular & Ordinary Members.

Associate Member Registration will start on March 10th.

Associate Members registration will not be processed until their sponsor has paid and is a member in good standing.

Any registrations before these dates will be deleted so do not register ahead of your designated date.

Good Day CFBEGA Members

For the upcoming 2022/23 season, here is a list of tournaments with anticipated dates and courses that our Tournament Director and Assistant Tournament Director are working on coordinating:

  1. Season Opener – anticipated May 6, course Cowichan Golf Course  *tentative* UPDATED
  2. Road Trip – June 9 Pheasant Glenn, June 10 Campbell River, June 11 Storey Creek
  3. 2 Player Scramble (666 Tourney) – anticipated July 11 Olympic View
  4. Club Championship – planning underway for Sep 9th at Olympic View and Sep 10th at Arbutus Ridge
  5. Fall Fiasco –  Oct 7, Highland Pacific still under preliminary planning to determine course and date

Note, additional information such as registration date/location, costs, shotgun or consecutive tee times start, format, what is included (ie, meals and prizes) will come out in due time as the tournaments are finalized and confirmed. Please check back often for updated information.

IMPORTANT EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

To the General Membership of the CFB Esquimalt Golf Association, we’ll be conducting an extraordinary general meeting, similar to our annual AGM, on Thursday 27 January 2022, commencing at 1700. The intent of the meeting is to discuss the Olympic View and Arbutus Ridge contracts for the 2022 playing season.
It is imperative that we achieve a quorum for this meeting, which IAW our Constitution and By-Laws is 5% of our membership, or approx. 50 members.
Due to current COVID postures, the meeting will be held via Zoom, with the link provided below.
Please ensure you are online and available by around 1655 so numbers can be counted before we begin at 1700.
We need to discuss options that I can take back to Olympic View to counter what they are offering for our 2022 contract, which in turn will allow us to enter and sign the contract with them, pending a majority vote for options we discuss.
Please do your best to attend the meeting so we can ensure our contracts are in place.
