- Golfing at Olympic View and Arbutus Ridge has become much easier. No more calling the kiosk and picking up passes, all you have to do is book a tee time through the online reservation at http://www.golfbc.com   

Example:

• If there were two CFBEGA members and two guests the following process would take place.
• Maximum Available for OV and AR are pre-setup each day with a set number of players for CFBEGA members         (12 OV /8 AR) system will only offer a time slot for the member promo code if maximum number of players has not been exceeded / if no time slot provided for 1 member then daily pass limit has been reached.
• CFBEGA members would log on to the OV or AR web site and go to Book a Tee Time.  Enter promo code CFBMEMBER for Olympic View and Arbutus Ridge.
• Find desired time add to cart and complete reservation.
• To book guests the CFBEGA Member would then go to Book a Tee Time and enter CFBGUEST for Olympic View and  Arbutus Ridge promo code.  Select the same tee time, add to cart and complete reservation.
• The CFBEGA Member will have to enter required information only once and hold the reservation with a credit card.  The system prompts to save the information for next time.
• When CFBEGA members arrive at the golf course pro-shop, they will be asked for payment.  All you have to do is provide your CFBEGA identification to get the CFBEGA Member rate.

We have a Reduced Play membership with Gorge Vale. Reduced Play Membership is a seven day a week membership with restricted access to weekend and holiday times. The Full Play membership privileges have access to weekend and holiday forenoons tee times, if you want to play during these times you must pay the guest rate, NO PASSES REQUIRED. Gorge Vale has a draw for Mon-Thu tee times on the preceding Thu and for Fri-Sun tee times on the preceding Mon. For times other than draw times call the pro shop.

Booking will be done online. You will need to go to the Bear Mountain website (http://bearmountain.ca/Golf/BookOnline.aspx) and put the CFBMember or CFBGuest promo code in the appropriate box, view tee times available and reserve your tee time.  Payment will be accepted in the ProShop.
